Alessandro Deandrea was born in Turin. Always interested in cooking since he was 11 years old, he went to the Hospitality and Catering school in Turin. Alessandro has a strong passion for Italian food. After working in various Italian restaurant, he moved to London in 2010 to learn English and widen his cooking skills. In 2012 Alex met Akuna in a pub where they where both working. In 2013 he decided to change his life completely and joined Akuna in Australia. Since then, they been travelling in more than twenty countries of the world and Alex had the opportunity to improve his International cooking skills.
